SOVEREIGN MEDICINE

An Advanced Mentorship Program in Energy Work, Ceremony & Liberatory Facilitation Centering Queer and Trans Communities. 

This Program Is For: 

  • Queer, Trans, Non-binary and gender expansive psychedelic facilitators, ceremonialists, and spaceholders seeking to deepen their practice

  • Diasporic practitioners seeking to deepen their energetic and ceremonial frame.

  • Allies and accomplices seeking to hold space that is profoundly queer and trans affirming

This mentorship program is grounded in the understanding that queer and trans lives are not singular or monolithic. We come into this space carrying lives shaped by race, class, ability, neurodivergence, immigration status, body size, and our histories with violence and survival. Intersectionality is the lived reality of our bodies, nervous systems, and lineages.​

Together, we will explore how to be a sovereign, ethical, erotically awake, ancestrally rooted space holder amidst a colonized psychedelic landscape that too often erases our complexity. This offering is a conscious refusal of that erasure.

Explore queer/trans spiritual wisdom and embodiment stolen through colonization, religion, and gendered violence.

Liberation Praxis for Queer, Trans & Racialized Journeys

Work with race, gender, power, domination, and harm in altered states.

  • White supremacy in psychedelic space

  • Impact of cisheteropatriarchy in psychedelic medicine

  • Group power & energetic field dynamics

Queer/Trans Authority

 

Ethics, & the Long Arc of Medicine Work

Themes:

  • Authority vs. Domination

  • Boundaries with devotion and desire

  • Burnout, grief, rupture and repair

By the end of this mentorship, participants will: 

  • Stand more deeply rooted in their sovereignty

  • Navigate the unseen world with discernment

  • Hold queer/trans/racialized clients with a liberation-centered approach

  • Build ancestor-rooted practices without appropriation

  • Understand and ethically work with erotic life force

  • Identify and interrupt domination dynamics in ceremony

  • Articulate a clear ethical foundation for their medicine work

  • Lead from groundedness, not performance or fear

About Your Mentor: Syre Saniyah, Ph.D

Syre is a Black, queer, trans psychologist, psychedelic facilitator, ceremonialist, and energy worker whose calling is to guide people back to their dignity, power, and wholeness. His purpose in this life is to help people get free. He is a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon and Colorado. With over 20 years of Queer, Trans, and BIPOC healing centered ceremonial leadership Syre weaves:

  • Energy Medicine

  • Ancestral Wisdom

  • Somatic Embodiment Practice

  • Intersectional Feminist and Queer Theory
